For those who haven't heard, Rick has suffered a stroke which has landed him in the hospital for a week. Unexpected and very scary; Rick's only 30 years old..!! 'Good news is, he's now in better health and is back at home recovering... however, due to lack of medical insurance, he's left with a pretty hefty hospital bill.
Members of the Hellboy.com forums and Drawing Board forums have started a fundraising project to help with Rick's medical expenses. Various artwork from high-profile artists such as Ronnie Del Carmen and Mike Mignola will be auctioned off on eBay this week. Please take a look and help spread the word...
